Our olive pate made with only Taggiasca olives and Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil. The Taggiasca Olives of the Ligurian Riviera are certainly among the most famous in the world, not only for their oil production but also as table olives, to be enjoyed simply. What makes them exceptional is not only the variety of the olive, but also the microclimate in which they are grown. In this version you can taste them in pate form mechanically pitted and ground with extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredients: Pitted Taggiasca olives in brine 80%, Extra Virgin Olive Oil Taggiasca 20%.
